I read the article and what it means is Covid 19 was likely developed in a lab using Moderna developed cell lines, though that doesn't make it Modern's fault. It's real, as far as I can tell it only means the disease was developed by someone with access to Moderna cell lines, probably the wuhan lab had either been provided cell lines to use or they had stolen cell lines.
It would be worth investigating if wuhan had access to that cell line, but besides that I doubt the media is even going to pick up this story not matter how many times it get's spammed on Any Forums.

Was Covid created by the pharmaceutical industry? Quite likely. Is this the smoking gun? Quite unlikely, given that it's so short and there are only so many ways that DNA/RNA makes sense
Maybe a better comparison would be reading an essay that includes the word "The evil virus is" and then you search all databases of old essays that deal with viruses and you find just one hit of exact that same fragment (but a couple of "An evil virus is" or "The evil virus was")
