Serious Thread - Why Should I Trust the Bible?

I was raised a Christian but left the community because it was stifling and did not allow for any level of criticism or curiosity. Any questions into apparent contradictions were met with low IQ appeals to authority and other logical fallacies. As an adult, I'm realizing that Christianity, though flawed in my personal experience (which is expected given the human element), was an effective bulwark against globohomo in my personal life. Despite not believing many of the foundational doctrines, I still find myself agreeing with Christians more than jewry (modernity).

My question is, why should I trust the Bible, even the KJV, when it was compiled, translated, and architected by a group of humans, including royalty, who would obviously have had an agenda when putting it together? Most Christians I know personally lack trust in government/social systems in general, but they forgo their concern regarding the compilation of the Bible. The apocrypha only further muddies the water as does the Nag Hammadi and other ancient texts from the region.

I'm genuinely open to understanding and am trying to find a way to reconcile Jesus' actions (good) with his followers and Christianity as it currently stands (sad, pathetic, not curious, love authority, etc). I want to join a local community of like minded folks, but the current church scene is completely devoid of intellectual curiosity.

Join my church, user. Unless you’re a filthy homo. We’ll win your soul for Christ. Remember, don’t fear he who can destroy the body, but rather, Him that can destroy the body and soul.

Did you try consulting any actual theologians?

You don't. I don't trust the Bible and I don't care what Christians believe in, we are not going to be importing niggers into an ethnostate because they are Christians.

Tesla believed in the Bible, he was the last real scientist before the einstein era of darkness

You should trust God.

I was hoping somebody would have had experience already doing so. They also don't have the disdain, understanding that jewry rules all as we do.

Aren't we to discern who God is via the Bible? That statement is not productive.

1611 King James Version, Cambridge authorized text only none of the subverted versions. If you read the Bible and don't experience Gods love/Grace/ and pending judgement you never will until a terrible life event happens to you and you find Christ the hard way. Heed Gods law. Read the New Testament, then psalms then the rest of the Old testament. Some people don't come to Christ until the Holy Spirit convicts them, and you must be born again

That is a non sequitur. Good for Tesla that he believed in something but it's not relevant.

Look into Christian apologetics.

kys retard

No it is very relevant, because now humanity is in a Dark Age because all scientists are einstein-era FRAUDS

>stood up against thousands of years of scrutiny.
>still don't trust

My question is how do you know the 1611 version wasn't already subverted? How could it not have been influenced by the people who compiled it?

>christians
>not curious
read this book

Africa still exists.

Well if I were you, I wouldn't rely on others to do your research.
I'm not really clear on all your gripes, but in my experience, most of the time when people have questions about Christianity, their questions aren't at all unique and have been answered in a myriad of different ways throughout the millennia.

Follows the martyrs and the people who have throughout history have persecuted them for their beliefs. Then you read the bible and see that it's true and that people are being murdered today for their belief as well by the same people.

Looks interesting, I will check that out.

Not relevant to what I've said. I don't care about the Christian belief and if you want to be white worshiping a Jew in the ethnostate be my guest, but neither Jew nor nigger will be welcome.

"Jew" is misleading for many reasons, but the Israel, Judah nuance is particularly interesting. Jesus flipped over the money changers tables (Jews as you might describe them) so he seems pretty based.

Having biases always leads to misunderstanding, stay foolish.

Patton was also a hollywood embellishment with no real success in the war but that's another topic. IDC about America's total lack of impact in the European Front during WW2.
