Do you know what actually causes that inefficient Metro systems and poorly maintain trains because of lack of funding well-maintained efficient transit systems very very very very rarely have those sort of mistakes because they're probably funded and properly utilized unlike certain cities and population hubs that don't even know that they have a Transit system or straight up don't have a Metro system so no money is directed towards it that's good money that could be in a corrupt congressman's pockets
