They believe they are doing the right thing. On paper they are allowing in millions of young and capable males. This could be an awesome thing if they were all Europeans. Problem is they are not accounting for cultural and biological differences, and the fact that it's exponentially more difficult to integrate people into a community the more people you are trying to integrate at once.
