You can't change a system whose rules exist solely to protect the ruling powers, by working within it. All of the things that you listed did not offer any alternatives to the catastrophic decline of our civilization, they just wanted to remove those already in power and become the new power. You want to make actual changes? Stop thinking that the special financial and political interests are acting in good faith, everything is power games to them, and they have enough media and intellectual control of the core instutions that they can contradict themselves constantly and never have it called out by anyone in the mainstream. 3-4% of any given population is all that is required to bring down a government, a political system, a society, or an economy. This group, if motivated to fix the problems of society as a whole instead of whinging from the sidelines while they go about consuming and intoxicating themselves, is capable of forming enough inverse passive resistance to bankrupt a society, to make the general population lose trust in government and start looking out for themselves, which puts further pressure on the ruling powers. And you do this by reverse gerry-mandering (moving large numbers of people around to new geographical locations before elections in order to change results), get 1000 people in a city to pour concrete or acid down public toilets, spill oil, nails. or other materials on roads in the middle of the night so that people can't use them, get people to pretend to organize mas demonstrations in order to get a huge police response and then not show up (this happened in Australia at a fake anti-lockdown demonstration that cost the government an extra million dollars on top of their normal expenditures for the day). You look at degrading the political system in a holistic sense and you can collapse governments peacefully, and they can't even call you violent.
