NGOs have run experiments where they went into villages in Africa and gave sex education to everyone including children (boy and girls), paid for girls to go to school, made birth control easy to access for all and reduced infant/child mortality. These things caused the birth rate to stabilize just over replacement value. Great, right?
What they don't tell you is that in every case, once the NGO leaves, everything goes back to normal and the birth rates skyrocket back up. The education still exists in the brains of the villagers but they don't care. Birth control is still made available but they don't use it. The only way to keep the birth rate down is for each village to permanently have an NGO stationed there pushing all of these policies and service on the locals.
Africa is hopeless because it is filled with Africans. Before we interceded, the population was stable at its natural carrying capacity. It was only when we started providing healthcare and handing out food that the population got out of control. The more we try to do good in Africa, the worse we make the problem. The whole continent should be quarantined. Yes, they have some great natural resources that they have no clue how to utilize. So what? Let it go, it's not worth the cost.

That will never happen. Nog expansion is so rapid because it's heavily reliant on gibs coming from other countries. It's not hard to increase demographics when all you do is receive shit from other people and have sex all day. And donating a large amount of money to a country that produces nothing but more demands is an unsustainable plan, no country can keep that up.
Once the gibs funds dry up (gibs that are already stretched pretty thin even today), and once their population grows so much that they go "over budget", their population will crash back to manageable levels (aka they'll starve to death, they'll die from diseases, and they'll kill each other, up until the point where there's few enough of them to survive with the available resources).

I mean, look at China. It's a world power, it has massive production and it has borrowed plenty of money from other countries, and it can barely support 1.41 billion people. Unless niggers learn how to become every-disease-resistant, how to drink saltwater and how to do photosynthesis, they have zero chances of even reaching half that imaginary number
