then you roll it inside out, and tear off the excess paper

Tobacco and weed gives you a monster head rush, especially with menthol.
Boomers used to do it to cut down on the amount of weed due to scarcity/cost. Also helps mask the smell considerably.

supposing you actually know some stuff and didn't just find that picture randomly, can you suggest a reason why every time I smoke/vape/take an edible I get kinda sick for the next two days? Not a hangover, but I feel like I have a cold. It is fairly mild but makes me think that something is weakening my immune system. Used to smoke a lot from 18-19 and then vaped 20-21 but ever since I only partake a couple times a year at most and it happens every time.

btw try Dynavap (with a water pipe) if you've had a bad experiences with other vapes. It's common to hear people say they don't get high from most vapes but find Dynavap hitting better.

Fold the paper the other way around and roll as usual. Then lick the sticky part through the paper and you're left with that. You smoke less paper that way.

The only illness related to weed I've ever read about is CHS, and even then it's sort of a grey area and from my experience only concerns heavy long term consumers who don't exercise.

It could also simply be that you're doing too much. Maybe just try to microdose / do just a little bit and see what it does to you, take notes and meditate. It could also be anxiety - since you believe weed affects you badly then you think it does. The mind and boy are interconnected, psychedelics will enhance whatever state of mind you're in.
