I'm pretty sure that's not right. The current consensus seems to be that they're 4 times more likely than non transgender people, and 12.5% of non transgender people aren't killing themselves. It's more like 4% of transgender people are killing themselves. There's about 2 million transgender people in the US and I'm pretty sure there's not a million transgender deaths per year, for example there was 50k total suicides in 2018
