If the Electronic Payment Cards (Food Stamps, benefits, etc) go down in an emergency, the dependent populations will likely be the very first groups to take to the streets and begin rioting, blocking major roadways, etc. But once the cities get exhausted, they'll be forced to move to the broader network arterials, freeways, etc.

This isn't likely to work out well once people grow aware of it, as it's relatively easy for people with long-range optics and rifles to clear open spaces like that.

why do you think niggers are innately chimp-like? in a way, they are a sort of failsafe. if society fails, they are the stupid inhuman savages that are comfortable wallowing in filth and living among animals. this character type is not exclusive to niggers, but it is more commonly found among them (probably because they have spent the least amount of generations in society compared to any other race).

I had a very, VERY foolish doctor friend stay behind in the city to help people. She wound up locked in the Superdome. Homeless walking around determined to urinate on any cot or sleeping bag, knife fights over bottled water, gangs establishing their “turf” of certain areas, LOTS OF RAPE, the very few white forming small groups to never sleep or even go to the bathroom alone… she had legit PTSD.
