Video shows a suspect walking up to a father and son on 9th/Webster on 2/1. The victim was walking with his parents and told me that the man started yelling racial slurs out of nowhere from behind.
He told the suspect to leave him alone, and that's when the man started punching him. His 76-year-old dad (in the baseball hat and mask) tried to intervene, but the suspect knocked him down.
Oakland Police say they arrested the suspect for elder abuse, battery. A law enforcement source said the suspect has a history of arrests for unprovoked attacks and is on probation for assault. He had previously been arrested by the ACSOSheriffs for unprovoked attacks.
I can't wait until these poor tortured souls rise up and end their Masters once and for all!
