Most of europe can get bows and crossbows much easier than firearms. Think they'd do the job? IMO the mid-range damage you can do with them seems much more gnarly than guns but you have to be very deliberate, accurate, and have the upper hand, plus they're cumbersome and hard to conceal
Some european countries have acces to guns banned in the USA, like full auto, and all have acces to semi-auto.
