hit as many pharmacies as possible once chaos is confirmed. everyone else will be fighting over food and by the time they think about medications, insulin, etc I'll have already hit 10-20 stores. I will be a billionaire trading insulin and meds for good food. And people will be willing to pay/trade top shit for medications that will not exsist again.

That's a complicated question, it depends on what you mean by "when WW3 starts".
It helps noone to be reductive. I believe that we're here, it implies to some degree the conventional concepts of warfare no longer apply here. Now we could get into the semanticalities, but the notion of war itself can rhetorically riddled to the bare knob of its meaning.
