That doesn’t make sense for a kettle, they’re pushing the protestors into a huuuuuuuge open park area (Major’s Hill Park) with TONS of ways to escape. It would have been way easier to kettle them with the truckers or on the bridge the other direction
Basically this is now an L shape with truckers at one tip and protestors at the other tip and cops at the corner point
