can we just genocide you brown mutts already, you're fucking worse than any nigger I've ever met

It's risky desu, but villa is worth it if you like med

Mate, I'm white.
The UK is fucked. It's overun with third worlders, it's expensive as fuck, it's violent, everyone is angry, drunk or miserable or a combination of all three. I'm looking to gtfo. Spain is the first choice. Turkey is the wild card. I've never been but it looks pretty nice around the coast and property looks good value.

The price will go down because lira becomes weaker compared to pounds/dollars/euros. If you have the money I suggest buying, BUT it should be somewhere on the Black sea or eastern med.

It's not worth it, it would be in turkey. You can't predict the further development of the politics there at this point. Don't buy things which you can't bring over.

where in Turkey are you looking at?

You know how racist Turks are? What do you think is going to happen to an Anglo in Turkey? I'll tell you, they're going to kick your white ass.

What's the chances of the government snatching it away or getting killed by a roach?
I could sell my shitty 3 bed Redrow semi and buy a four bed four bath villa with pool overlooking the sea with the same money. Would like some input from the financial anons about whether it's a good time to buy and how risky turkey is for a foreigner

You have obviously never been to Turkey.

Anatayla looks nice.

read please

I had a Brit friend visit there last year, he said it was great, I'm looking to check it out myself. Been to Istanbul, very nice city, but not representative of the rest of Turkey from what I hear, plan to travel a bit there soon hopefully

Locations.
It's got to be a villa with at least 3 beds and I'd like a sea view

Locations.
A nice detached villa with minimum 3 beds and sea view

Same here. I've got family that holiday over there all the time. Apparently it's cheap and clean. This is what got me looking at properties over there

I will draw you a map, but first I need you to answer a few questions.
Do you want to have friends/friendly environment?
Are you moving with a family?
If not do you want to persue a relationship with natives?
Do you care about being close to market centers, hospitals, self services etc.?

Buying a house in Constantinople is my biggest dream, and my second dream is to ruin Istanbul.

Just me and the wife living there. Adult kids will visit during holidays.
Near a town/city for entertainment, shopping, bars restaurants.
Near to services hospitals, doctors, dentist etc etc
