They can’t identify your aircraft from a radar signature if you’re in bum fuck nowhere, that’s why you yank out the transponder. Half the time you’re flying single engine VFR you aren’t even being picked up by anything anyways, unless you’re in the prairies or over the sea or something.
When they show up, you plead the fifth, or lie, or shoot at the FAA fags.
