Any tow truck that deals with semis has enough to do a complete semi. They usually only have one set per truck though. If it's just a semi tractor and no trailer, 15-30 minutes to bypass the air brakes. If there's a trailer double it. Then another 15-30 to unbolt the driveshaft. Once that's done you could tow it using a wheel lift on the steer tires, even with a trailer, provided the tow truck has the traction. It'll be over weight but due to the war measures act they'll obviously get a pass. A lot of tow companies that deal with semis have their own semi tractors, so they can tow the tractor and connect the trailer to their tractor. Once you're at the impound lot, you do this in reverse It's going to take a very long time.
