When the government and media try to make a date significant and hold on to it what they are doing is manufacturing a creation mythos of the new paradigm of the country, the new morality, culture, and therefore laws that they want to push on to the public.

Jan 6th is about justifying domestic fuckery, "fortifying" elections, promoting a culture of fear of people who disagree with governing officials.
