There's another guy I'm trying to remember his name. He was an old guy that alleged he had the knowledge to build some sort of free energy Tesla tech. Seemed like a vagrant grifter type worked for a decent university or big company but was down on his luck or something. He got some people to fund a small electronics lab for him somehow.
