By my estimate there are about 60k police currently in Ottawa that are loyal to Trudeau. Once Trudeau takes power he will arrest and jail or kill all members of the opposition except NDP. He will use the army bases in Ottawa to establish that as his main center of operations. Then he will order the arrest of all the Prime ministers who don't agree to submit to his rule.
