I think it's pretty obvious that for a span of a few year before the Sting , Lorne Armstrong used the internet to try and speak sexually to minors. There is no doubt.
We know about his fantasizing about news reports of child molestation victims. We know about his relationship with Molly. We know about Kayla and the Decoys.

Here is the question that seems to come up from people I've talked to that don't think he is a true pedofile. They also seem to say that , yes he was trolling for children back then but he would have been with anyone. The reason he was focusing on minors is because he had realised at that point that no woman would ever want to be with him and most likely the closest thing he ever had to a real relationship with a real person that wasn't trolling him was the Molly relationship. So he was trying to make that happen again when he got caught.
