The stimulants I would use to quiet the thinking and negative reinforcement, and the sleep stuff is a bit weird for me. If I take the seroquel or triazadone I get the closed-eye hallucinations which make sleeping hard.

seroquel is like having epilepsy while trying to sleep. It does suck, now I on lunesta and abilify, which helps get over the hump to sleep. I don't take them on weekends so I don't get the sleep dependence.

I didn't know this until I read on the internet. Most people have a voice that talks in their head but they are that voice. Some people have no voices at all. I have a voice that talks but it isn't me. It gives commands and I follow them. This voice is sensible for the most part. Sometimes there are multiple voices. Things only turn to a problem when there are too many voices yelling at once and I can't hear my commands clearly. I wish only to have that one voice or to have no voices, but I have no influence over it.
