I was working with the public; a customer comes in looking like a big 6'5" 260lb fucking biker. He's wearing a tank top, I notice a swastika tattooed on his meaty bicep, along with a shotgun and the words "WHITE POWER" around it. I thought this guy was certain to cause trouble but he was genuinely one of the nicest, most polite customers I had.
