She did not take her grandpa's meds. Drug tests are so sensitive, even dust from meds on the sink in the bathroom can create positive drug test results. They did testing on this, you can essentially put illegal doping drug dust on your hand, do a handshake with an athlete and there is a 50% chance that guy will test positive for some illegal med.
