seems like any issues he had with his heart were exacerbated by the booster. it’s more probable that the timing of the injection and the nature of the gene therapy caused this issue rather than he just happened to pass out that day due to an undiagnosed heart issue completely unrelated to the experimental gene therapy known to cause heart issues

nobody that experiences conscious awareness of reality took fact checkers seriously ever. from the very moment the term became widely used in the last 2 years it has been obvious that there are no fact checkers. it's just the term used to denote the official narrative that you cannot question, like the ministry of truth. A pragmatic maxim for navigating the news landscape of the present day would be "the opposite of everything fact checkers say is true"
