No idea what OP graphs are, but picrel is reporting of outages of online banking services. All of Canada's major banks experienced extended (~3 hrs) outages of online and in branch banking services today. Was it a circuitbreaker to halt a run on cash withdrawals? Was it a pause so feds could use their emergency powers to implement something in the banking system? Something spooky went down
