>The government must continue to promote higher birthrates by encouraging marriage, providing homes, schools and support for parents and to provide wages that enable parents to spend time with their children.
This explains recent policy moves such as restricting abortion rights (new policy is abortion is only to save the life of the mother), removing divorce law rights (divorce is now only for adultery and other social crimes) and censorship of media that encourages homosexuality.

Marx's criticism was on how capitalism makes family subordinate to monetary needs. Family predates socialism and is innate to healthy human life. All anthropological studies show that the idea of family was present even in pre-agricultural humanity.
