I implore every Canadian here to contact your MPs, especially if they are NDP. Even just sending an email. The Act is a draconian measure and must be shut down as quickly as possible. Ask your MP to vote no on the confirmation of the emergencies act.
Points: The Emergencies Act will be used to shut down "good" protests in the future (insert cause they like). It will start being used to quell labour strikes (if they are NDP)

The sheer hypocrisy across the board from liberal individuals, media, governments, etc. is so disturbing and borders the unbelievable, it's shocking to me that so many people are on board with it and it makes me wonder if things can ever go back to normal without some kind of violent uprising - assuming that is even possible in the current era. If the breaking point does not come with the convoy, I can see it happening in the next few years. And sadly it is starting to look like the better option compared to continuing down the current path of totalitarianism.
