The European Court of Justice (CJEU) has ruled in favour of making EU cash handouts conditional on a country's respect for rule of law. The so-called rule of law mechanism will see money withheld if an EU country does not respect the bloc's core values. That includes areas like rule of law, democracy, press freedom and an independent judiciary. The regulation allows EU funds to be withheld from a country where there are violations of the rule of law that "prejudice or threaten to prejudice" the EU's financial interests "in a sufficiently direct manner".
The Rothschilds are really out of control setting up financial schemes and immedately pulling strings. Not like the old school rothschilds that made you feel like money was safe. These new Jew cats are absolutely psychotic. They won't survive another 50 years

>be croatia >be part of austo-ungarian empire AU >be part of Jugoslavia YU >be part of European Union EU Ustasa is eternal
The establishent called the European Parliament needs to be smashed into pieces. It was never meant to tell the joined countries how to run their shit. EU truly is the trojan horse of the bankng elite.

This is great news. Poland should now open its border with Belarus, lay on buses, and give Germany some of its core values in the ass.

Looks like Poland is going home. Come to daddy.

>be EU >already on thin ice >Britain left >several countries have threatened to follow >see increasingly hostile anti totalitarian uprisings unraveling worldwide >force the most vocal opposition within your dominion to show their hand and either submit to a federation where they clearly have no autonomy or leave This will go great I'm sure

I wish we left this joke called the EU.

So, it's all about "the EU's financial interests" in the end. No, we are not taking rapefugees and no, kikes will not get free land.
Just bear in mind this stems from Rutte, who has a very questionable personal life, getting massively butthurt that Poland doesn't want pedophiles to groom schoolchildren. Those are the core values the EU wants to uphold.
>conditional on a country's respect for rule of law And "law" will be whatever globohomo central in Brussels think? > does not respect the bloc's core values The core values of Brussels bureaucrats.
For the love of God I hope this prompts the exit of at least Poland and Hungary and the ultimate collapse of the EU into a central european wankfest, which is all it ever really was.
It might be the beginning of the end. The question is whether the EU Council will allow the ECJ ruling to be put into effect, or whether their balls will shrivel. So long as Poland and Hungary stick together they can really fuck up the EU and block any decisions that require unanimous votes. Not to mention the power Poland has to flood Germany with third world migrants.
