Do they get paid the same?

they get paid more now since there's now 25% more job openings

t. kike

Nanny state mandates are pozzed but the shift toward 24/7 on-call employment enabled by cellphone tech, employer overreach and cultural slippage is also extremely pozzed. For over a decade now I have told my employers to fuck off the first time they try to call me after hours.

>Having to get government approval for a four-day work week.
Shit, my job has offered that since the nineties.

>told my employers to fuck off the first time they try to call me after hours.
forgot to add that this has never backfired on me because I'm a valuable worker and I carry myself with imperturbable dignity which strikes fear into the employer

>bellgium
in brussels eu biurorats already ignoring the people "the boss" and "working" few days a week

pol btfo

No they will be paid less but will be adjusted down with inflation.
Most service economy will be outsourced now.

Belgium?
They could go to a zero day work week and no one would notice.
>oh no how will we survive without all the fine belgian products we use every day?

>Thinking chad Belgium will have cucked Argentinian policy

FN Herstal

this is the only way to stop chasing after stupid shit like 'raising the min wage"

I'm fairly confident I can find a gun from some other manufacturer.
It'll be tough, but I'll scrounge one up somewhere.

Hey Rabbi
Have a (you) I guess

>works at nuke plant
>clocks off
>boss frantically calls you to avert a meltdown
>you ignore the call and die slowly over the next month from radation
Wow antiwork ethic is spook based

>bring in immigrants
>suppress wages
This would be based if not for immigration.

all the new immigrants don't want to work if you haven't noticed

thwy're not going to stop till we have full state controll socialism, inch by inch

You're a boot licking faggot

employees now will be forced to work harder, nice.

they need a law for this? i do it all the time lmfao

You just work 4 days at 10 hours per day, retard.

"If you see a worker or peasant complaining about their harsh work, do one thing - tell them to be idle"
- Blaise Pascal

Its still 40 hours a weak so presumably.
It's just moved from 5x8 to 4x10.
Also the employer can opt to do it or not.

All "anti-work"
>'my boss better never say a fucking word to me ever, or else'
people have never held a proffessional "CAREER" ever, and are all 100% warehouse and service industry losers.

Part of making adult salaries, and adult 'money' is strategically going above and beyond, even when it causes you temporary annoyance

>gives employees the right to ignore their bosses after work
Is that not something you can do normally? Yeah you might make them upset but you can still do it.

You don't have freedom if the government is 'Giving you rights". Dumbasses.

I ignore my work anyhow on the weekends and I think a 4 day work week is healthier. The 40 hour 5 day week really is shit in the states, especially when you work a stressful job that you don't enjoy but can't find better.
This change is going to lead to two kinds of employees in Belgium. 4 day workers and full time promotable employees that are eligible for a lot more. You can't unfuck the western world until you destroy central banking and remove income tax.

10 hour dog walking tranny

What kind of fake ass non-country needs the government to give them permission to tell their bosses to fuck off?
