3. hit filter menu
4. click dropdown and add filters to subject/comment using instructions or regex (programming language for searching specific strings)
5. optionally use and delete/keep as you please

6. whenever you encounter meme flags, hit arrow next to post and filter based on flag

done. now if you open catalog, filtered posts are hidden. you can click [show] to show hidden threads. it makes reading easier.
