One time in a darkrp server I became a hobo "mayor" and built my own town. Almost half the server, like a dozen people or more joined in and we all built our own houses. I had my own office, there was a guy making free pizzas, it was really comfy. We built a wall and had a hobo border force. The mayor of the server actually organised a meeting and I arrived with armed guards and everything. We drew up official borders and went our desperate ways. Eventually however there was a power struggle after that mayor was assassinated, the former police chief took power, sent in most of their forces and a mini war broke out. The hobos lost sadly.
