Romania no unless 10+ yrs of experience, Czechia yes since they have a somewhat better salary. Most countries Croats go to are Austria, Germany with some going to Ireland, UK pre Brexit, Netherlands, Scandinavia. Hell I even know people who went to Estonia since they got paid better then in Croatia.
