Russia goes till Odessa. Inland is shit and made for Ukraine.

Russia will annex rebel controlled regions.
Mild skirmishes between Russians/rebels and Ukrainian army attacking the rebels may occur but it will be brief once Russia permenantly establishes the rebel perimeter as the new boarder.
US and NATO will back Ukrainian Army as well in this effort, but that's about as far as the whole thing will go, just some shooting at the rebel areas and countering at the Ukrainian positions.

That's the most exciting scenario. More likely than not nothing at all will happen and this is just a negotiating tactic
for Putin and a COVID shitstorm distraction for Biden
