I'd always had this idea kind of, that you get a general thread going on Any Forums where any and all posters can try to make and post whatever predictions about politics and goings-on in the world, in advance. Days, months, years, etc.
With the threads archived you can see what predictions came true in retrospect, and with so many posters from around the world here, some are bound to come true. Then you can start to compile a number of folks who have either exceptional luck, sense of prediction/foresight, or perhaps even actual clairvoyance.
It's a silly idea, bit of an /x/ thing really, but I always wondered what might happen. Just a ton of people mass-predicting anything and everything, and see if any of it pans out.
