Who else is facing firing over not getting the vaccine? I'm a healthcare worker and my company is yet again pushing to force the vaccines. They have flatly denied my religious exemption because I won't fill out their illegal form. I did provide them with a religious exemption letter, but they refuse to process it or even read it, in any way.
On the bright side, when they fire me Wednesday, I'm all prepared to tell the EEOC to assfuck them royally. I have been documenting meticulously, I recorded the only conversation I had in the office with HR, and I've been very careful about how I proceed. They have had two different forms, both of them illegal in multiple ways.
Ask me anything. Or share your own story! WE NEED TO BAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT AGAINST THIS TYRANNY!
Excellent edit. Hearty keks were had. Thanks, and God bless.

good luck user.

i quit my 'job', thought i was done for good but the courts still have some braincells to rub together and after a month they did not grant the extension of the mandate that kept me out
Ethan Ross
It's a rapist's mentality to think they can force anything inside your blood. Just be honest with them. They need the workers.
Lucas Roberts
I'm sorry user. This is why I tell people never to quit but to force them to fire you. If I quit I will have exactly zero legal recourse.
Colton Smith
hahahahaha nice self-own, you lost your career over a harmless vaccine and nobody cares about plague rats
Carson Mitchell
Keep us updated. I'm hoping you're able to make a large settlement from a lawsuit
Logan Howard
im back now is what i meant, so its all good when i told my employer they insisted i went into a leave of sorts, so i shouldnt have said i quit, it isnt entirely accurate, though i was out for over a month

The injected still get and spread the virus. I am skilled enough to pursue just about any career I want. The only reason I'm in healthcare is highly personal. But it's not something that I can only do. The only own will be of the fucking company when I win my slam dunk case.
Daniel Clark
I see. Sorry you had to deal with your exile, however I am glad that you have been able to return. Please consider seeking out another company that was not willing to fuck you over for some authoritarian retards.
Cooper Green
i dont blame them they really had no choice >deal with your exile heh, never thought of it like that, it fucked with me for a while, i thought at first i would never get the chance to get back and was surprised to learn otherweise, 4SKYP
John Butler
I'm looking it as exile. I think it's likely that it will be difficult to find employment as a healthcare worker after this. I certainly won't return to this employer, no matter what. >i dont blame them they really had no choice You ALWAYS have a choice. THEY always had a choice. They chose to obey the tyranny. Never forget that, and never make excuses for them. These bastards forced you out to lick the boots of tyranny. Never forget.
Oliver Diaz
best of luck user, you seem like youve got your head on your shoulders im sure you'll land on your feet
Alexander Hill
I'm not as sure as you. But I tried my best. If I win, I'll make headlines. That's how careful and precise I've been.

>EEOC what are they supposed to do?
Austin Edwards
no matter how it goes, you are in the right, whether the courts can see it or not, you own your body and no one else does
Joshua Jackson
you can not only sue, an organization for discrimination, you can also sue individuals concurrently to said organization.
