Not wanting to sound condescending you're much younger than you think are.
One resource you have that you might not have considered is TIME.
You can dedicate much more time to things, be it learning or doing other particle or rewarding things than older anons.
Take a step back and think about what you really want to do professionally or otherwise. Then work towards it, if you fuck up ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ nvm just try again or do something else, you still have your parents to fall back on if you fuck up. Earning yourself a little freedom will really help your self esteem.
