I do not have personal experience in that world. I am an engineer. I understand physical laws of nature and mathematical models. I understand entropy and how it is not just a law of thermodynamics but the foundational operating principle of the universe and all things in it. It's the Ottawa police's fault. Al the truckers were on their way to parliament hill, but they split up the convoy and corralled most of them around in various spots including residential neighborhoods to make the protest look smaller.
No really. Due to everything they have to inspect the bridge to make sure someone did not tamper with it someone. The only people to do that are actual bridge inspectors. If the bridge is in as bad of shape as everyone makes it out to be, it might actually be closed down due to the saftey hazards and liablity of letting it stay open.
