Welcome to /SIG/, a classic staple not only of Any Forums, but all of Any Forums. This is political because many of the established forces want you weak, undisciplined, and unable to forge your own destiny. Will you be an endless consumer doomed to become a couch potato that believes everything on television? Or will you RISE to meet the challenges of each and every day. it is imperative for each and every one of you to exercise at least 4 times a week and reject degenerate fatty foods. Stop making excuses and DO THAT THING YOU WERE PUTTING OFF.
Read books. Do your own research with alternative search engines or physical libraries. Question everything you see on television. Assume a motive for everything. Trust yourself and very few others. Listen to music that inspires you, not music that demoralizes you. Work on a skill, a trade, a craft. MASTER YOUR CRAFT. MASTER YOUR MIND.
Do not ever assume that things will magically work out. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. You will end up sucking cocks for cash and shooting heroin under a bridge if you do not develop realistic and tangible plans to become who you were destined to be. If you see a SIG thread that promotes degeneracy, then it isn't legitimate. BE STRONGER IN MIND AND BODY.
You are worthy of more. You deserve more. Do it. Realize your full potential with the hybridization of knowledge, willpower, discipline, and excellence. If you are at that point in your life, consider building a legacy. This can be via family or even a business. ESTABLISH YOUR DOMINANCE. ESTABLISH YOUR LIFE.
>Soros buys stake in ‘Tesla killer’ startup How old is this guy? When is he fucking going to die I've been hearing about him subverting european civilisation forever

he's 91 but he's got 5 kids, so his money is going to continue to fuck us all for a LONG time if his plans pan out

How does a Dutch lanklet body type obtain muscle mass and look good? 20 years old and have never touched a weight before

I've been using my elliptical every day for the last 29 days. I started at twenty minutes and went up a minute every day. The hard part has been not skipping a day. In the past I'd skip it if I was tired. Monday I'll hit sixty, and that's all I promised myself I'd do. Once I've accomplished this goal what should I do next? I read thinking about keeping it an hour every day, but only ten minutes on the elliptical to warm up, core exercise and maybe weights (I have cheap dumbbells) and then finish the hour back on the elliptical? I dunno. I got to just do 59 minutes today and sixty tomorrow. On Tuesday I'll have to decide what's next
The best exercises are deadlifts, squats, multiple muscle groups being activated at once. If you are very skinny you might have to eat more

How do they typically respond at the Planet Fitness® when you walk in armed?
Gavin Collins
Same, 1 year older, but getting a bit fatter, skinnyfat 6'4. I'm only doing lifting and curls, 2 x 10 for both 3 or 4 times a week. In the late afternoon I run almost daily for like 2 miles, aiming to run that distance without pause and then building up speed. It feels alright, is this a good combo?
About as much as they respond to being looted. I bought that off of some beaner for pennies on the dollar. Fuck you planet fitness, you're not getting your shit back.
