Just got off the phone with one of my constituents. He is a high-ranking, senior party member. He said the protests have worked, and except the mandates to be rescinded shortly.
So give yourselves a round of applause!
Now we need to devise a withdrawal plan, and what to do going forward. Obviously we need to all go to work tomorrow, and work as hard as humanly possible for the next several weeks. If we have just minor supply/demand issues I believe we can keep the general public on our side.
