Yes I think its a reflection on how citizens value each other. A common theme in these countries is how the government is always corrupt and robs tax payer money. Los Angeles has been becoming more and more narcissistic and selfish. Its been slowly turning into the third world.

True, but that attitude is a result of deeply ingrained learned helplessness as a result of generations of people being raised in societies plagued by crime, corruption, war, natural disasters, and material privation. They can't even fathom what they could do to change their situation. I'm not saying the average citizen is blameless, but it's also not quite fair to simply believe they could change overnight. And like you said it's affecting us as well, almost as if our modern, stable countries are the historical exception to the rule and they are simply regressing to the mean

Real humans got a chance to oppose chaotic negroids (arabs, jews, niggers, big nosed mongols...) just during the last two and half centuries, before this their armies of retards, brainwashing, constant sabotage, ... was impossible to have any kind of significant oppposition.

It was a mistake to plop down society changing technologies on undeveloped people who never fought thru the growing pains to invent such things. Not that undeveloped people are monkeys, but what we did was essentially give a car to a monkey and expect them to maintain it like a normal person. This concept crosses over to governmental systems and financial as well. Undeveloped peoples need to evolve on their own to understand how to achieve consistent communal success.
