So essentially the biggest villian here is usa, also the reason why usa is pushing for war because after withdrawal from Afghanistan it's weapons industry doesn't have a playground to test their fancy weapons so now it looks Europe is the new ground for it and come to think of it many is USA based weapons company like Lockheed Martin have seen huge drop in their share prizes. USA is war based economy it always needs wars to happen and millions of people to die so that it can distract it's innocent people from their bad economic conditions and profit their weapon industry and ellites.
