There is no homelessness problem in San Francisco. We have just collectively agreed that the empty houses we have are too good for those dirty bums, so the streets suit them better.

Stop promoting people to get addicted to drugs to the point where they’re spending all their money for the next hit
>but that’s their problem, they need to just say no
This started over a decade ago. Man goes to doctor for back pain. Doctor prescribes Vicodin. Man gets addicted to Vicodin. Doctor pulls away pain killers because he got in trouble. Drug addict now needs to find a different avenue.
It’s hard to blame people completely for this when their doctors, the media, and culture at large push this lifestyle.

You can't. There's always going to be people who are just like that guy in the webm who would rather be homeless than try to improve their station in life. Nobody likes the idea but you basically have to section off an area where they can live their lives and just leave outreach available for the people who actually don't want to be homeless.

I know how to fix it. Make it a law for congress to house the homeless until they get back on their feet and I have a feeling everything would work itself out.

It's simple. Don't create states filled with Christians but run by Jews.

>paid to be homeless
That's called welfare. Most first world nations except America have it.
I myself get paid to be a professional beer taster by the government.

Yeah good thing there's plenty of hard working NPCs paying taxes so I can get a free ride through life.
Totally beats spending most of my waking life going to work and paying bills so I can "improve" my life by watching Jewish TV in a larger home.
