user, do you have any idea how much increased input costs are cutting into operating margins for companies (esp small businesses)?
They need to raise prices, otherwise they won’t be able to stay in business. In America, companies Have largely ate the inflation in 2021 (evidenced by higher PPI rates compare to CPI rates), just wait until they start passing it on.
Increasing energy costs and wage inflation (Causes by $600 gov gibs) are partly to blame for this. Biden Admin energy policies and ESG mandates Are causing pump prices to surge.
