That doesn't really probe the earth is flat. It just proves that it gets dark when the sun goes away. The flat earth response is that that is just the atmospheric dck of opacity becoming more visible as the sun travels away.

It's one of those things that will probably never get resolved until the flat earth types get enough funding to do some serious experiments. The biggest I think has been a laser experiment in Austria, measuring the curvature of the earth, which was not detected.

All that image proves is distance makes the sun appear below the horizon. The flat earth model doesn't attempt to dispute that. Things get smaller the farther they are till they disappear, appearing at the same time to dip below the horizon, causing that shadow to appear that way. Globe believers really do have a hard time comprehending basic things.

One of the main reasons dark matter is assumed is because of the way galaxies interact, but doesn't flat earth come with the idea that we're the only thing in space?
