The Wild West, which was almost entirely white, had a massive prostitution problem, in fact, prostitutes were a key economic factor in establishing presence there. Yet this wasn't considered a "Crime" since white people just rewrote the law to make it ok when they did it.

You can make shit up as much as you want regarding drug use, but look at violent crime. That basically can't be swept under the rug. The rate of violence by niggers is so far above others, that if the rates of other petty crimes are even half that amount, per capita, then blacks are being under-targeted as a demographic by police.
