If you really don't want your daughters having premarital sex, you need to keep them away from mainstream society. Otherwise, it's your fault for outsourcing the raising of your kids to people who don't share your values.
I'm not saying the parents are wrong to disown her until she repents, but given that their daughter did this in the first place they probably did something wrong along the way.
