the town i come from in europe (on the continent) had a quite a big area built a one of the early well known mega companies.
you would see their logo on many world/euro/champions cup games well after ww2.
this industrialist dude came some time after ww1 and built very similar to that picture, red brick too. huge company, 20k+ employees.
purpose built school too. every trade covered but mainly focused on jobs that company needs.

so this "factory town" is something of a lottery for his employees.

They already have one. It's called Seattle. Bezos personally supports literally every shit thing about Seattle from homelessness to transit to replacing roads with bike lanes to making the only housing allowed in the region to be pods (Seattle proper now has literal pods, not apartments, search "apodment seattle" for more depressing info).
