like ofc women are wired to get aroused during rape, if they didn't they'd risk tearing which could easily lead to anything from infection that causes infertility to death
not to mention the semi-paralysis that comes from arousal means less resistance which means less likely to be hurt or killed
doesn't mean that there isn't another instinctive response to make them panic and hate it because evolutionary it's best for them to be selective about mates etc
