I'm not even surprised they couldn't tell from the autopsy since blunt force trauma would look fairly similar. I'd need to see the whole report to see if there was any bruising or hematoma or even if a fracture resulted but I'm going on a limb and saying there wasn't any.

My vaxxed friend recently blacked out, hit his head and got a skull fracture and brain injury. Ruptured eardrum, was bleeding out of ear and got guillian barre from the impact which lasted about 3 weeks. His mom and I blamed it on his crazy bitch of a gf but after seeing this about Saget and the comedian I'm starting to suspect I owe her an apology. He says the last thing he remembers is stepping in the shower and insists the gf didn't whack him.
