It is basically designed to keep Black students and girls down while making it easy for white boys to get ahead. This is proven time and time again with white male over-representation in the sciences - they simply had an easier start to their academic learning.
Wouldn't it be a better world if we made math accessible to EVERYONE, not just 1/4 of the population? America and the world could be SO much more if we opened the door into science for all.
